Description : A vintage brass folding or travel pricket candlestick, made following a Japanese model, by the Samuel Yellin metalworks of West Philadelphia. It’s all pieced out of sheet brass, with rivets at the joints. It’s mid-20th c. Size : 5.5″ long by 4.5″ wide folded. 12.5 tall fully extended. Mark : Marked on the underside of the wax catcher/bobche SAMUEL YELLIN METALWORKERS PHILADELPHIA PA 19139 Condition : Some superficial water spots to surface, light corrosion along the bottom edge of one foot (which could be cleaned up/polished out).
