Mouseman Robert thompson Vintage Candlestick Holder. Lovely example of a vintage Mouseman candlestick holder. It has a really lovely mouse on, with plenty of character. It has only ever been clear waxed by myself, whilst in my collection, using Black Bison clear wax. It has a little bit of wax in the bottom of the candlestick hole, which suggests it may have at some point been used with a candle for display purposes, or actually used with a lit candle. It has never had a candle in, whilst in my care. It does not show any signs of damage at all. Please look carefully at the photos as these form part of the description. Two pound coin is for size guide only. The piece has a lovely patina too it, the actual colour of the piece, may vary slightly to the photos provided , due to lightening conditions and camera used. Approx Dimensions : All 4 sides are showing different dimensions, which vary between: width 8 to 8.5cm approximately across. Height : From base to highest point where candle stick hole is : approx 7.5cm. This is an awkward piece to measure, so sizes are very appropriate.
