Description: These are 2 incredibly beautiful lamps. They come with wooden & plaster candlestick fittings. Likely church use lamps. Pretty unusual looking decor or for buyers looking for something different. Also ideal for businesses, churches restaurants, bars & studio homes. 2 free shades recently added. Height: 56cm (22in) – excluding bulb & shades Materials: Gilded metal, wooden faux light candlesticks fittings, flame bulbs Age: Mid to later 20th century IMPORTANT: The original cables were brittle & were recently replaced with a earthed insulated cables. I strongly recommend that all electrical items are still PAT approved prior to use by a electrician. Condition of lamps: Preserved for their vintage. The wooden candlesticks fittings on top are distressed with general scattering of paint-losses, wear seen throughout (see photos above). Note: There some casting imperfections with the spelter metal including a few casting cracks mainly seen near the feet area (see final photos carefully), thankfully everything still feels secure. Minor gilding wear, losses, marks, generally well-preserved for their age. One lamp top area leans forward a little, though not apparent when positioned. And a 13cm Internal metal barrel inside one light fitting was replaced with modern version (not seen). Shade recently made/added I noticed fixture slighty juts out. Thankfully when placed none any flaws mentioned should deflect from the overall beauty of these items. More photos on demand. Price reflects any flaws mentioned.
