Vintage Pair Roycroft Candlesticks Arts & Crafts Hammered Brass Floriform Base. Candlesticks with floriform bases. About 7-3/4 inches high. Original old brass finish in very good condition. Made in East Aurora, N. At the Roycroft campus in the 1915-20’s or earlier. Description: Pair of Roycroft Arts & Craft Hand Hammered brass Candlesticks. Marked or stamped with hallmark logo. Of Roycroft, stamped on base. 7-3/4 in height, base measures approx. 3-1/2 in diameter at base. Condition: Very Good Condition with surface marks consistent with some use and wear. Light scratches and some oxidation to the brass. (please refer to photos). Needs to be cleaned. I believe this oxidation may be wax residue. Wax can also be found in the upper candle holder. I have not removed these. Both candlesticks have some green spots at base that I did not dare to clean, with care as to not destroy the patina a knowledgeable person can attempt this cleaning. Roycroft candlesticks of this size and condition are hard to find. Don’t let this one get away. A wonderful worthy example to add to a collection or start one, a real beauty!
