This listing is for a lovely pair of vintage Sterling Silver 4 candlesticks by Westmorland. The candlesticks has a classic, simple design and are in excellent condition with no noted damage or flaws. Measure 4″ high with a 1″ diameter opening at top and the bases measure 4 3/8 in diameter. The bases are weighted. Marked on the base “Sterling, Westmorland, Reinforced with Cement”. Combined weight is 2.0 pounds. The Westmorland Sterling Co. Was created by Wearever Aluminum and Wallace Silversmiths to market five sterling flatware patterns and a small amount of hollowware directly to the consumer, mainly through door-to-door subscription sales.
