D E S C R I P T I O N. Heavy Solid & Elegant French Empire Brass Candlestick Table Lamps Of Distinction. With beautiful detail these period items have been elevated to provide another lifetime of service beautifully illuminating the home, office, hotel, business or any other discerning space. Presented with wonderful ornate detailing and evidence of seamed manufacture indicative of quality vintage reproductions – probably of earlier fine antiques – and these are increasingly difficult to find. These are a spectacular pair of tall brass elaborate baluster candlesticks with a intricate antique aesthetic that will surely elevate any discerning space. Mounted on to wooden bases & finished in aged gold with a mahogany/red hue. Each lamp has been crafted using quality components to compliment the authentic period features perfectly. Solid wooden bases. (Gold & Mahogany/red hue, please review photos). Switched brass lamp holder. (fits standard bayonet bulbs with’o ring’ shade retainer). 3 core (earthed) gold cable. (properly truncated through the body with grommeted exits). 3 amp UK white plugs (new). Clean protective base covers (new). The Brasswork has an authentic period hue and is very easy to admire with all the character expected from a lifetime of use – please review the photos to properly appraise character, colour & condition or request specific info or photos if in any way uncertain. Due to the age the antique brass component comes as seen and we cannot accept issues raised regarding the condition of items that are now over 100 years old. The priority is to ensure our lamps sit firm and stand upright with tactile quality inherent in the manufacture to present beautifully with overall fantastic aesthetic & authentic antique appeal. All our lamps are properly truncated through the body of the lamp with cable clearance for ventilation and properly grommeted pass throughs/exits at the base (unless otherwise stated). Given the vintage and artisan manufacture electrical safety must be observed and if in any doubt please consult a qualified electrician – otherwise all our lamps are in good working order with new 3 core earthed cable, new switched brass lamp holders (with shade retaining’o ring’) and new 3amp plugs. We will always endeavor to ensure quality in packaging so please allow us time to pack your new table lamps safely.
